This service is a focused, IN PERSON 2-hour working session to diagnose where you are and define where you need to go. During this session you will be provided with expert guidance on how to properly create a custom strategy. What’s included: 🗄️Current-state assessment of priorities and bottlenecks 🔍 Identification of top 3 strategic focus areas 🛣️Initial 90-day action roadmap ✍️Written session summary delivered within 48 hours 🤖AI readiness intro scan included* ✨Outcome: You leave knowing exactly what to work on next — and what to stop doing. *AI readiness: Introductory scan — identifies quick wins and AI tools relevant to your business For this option, we will meet at a Mid-Continent Public Library location of your choosing. If you have no preference, please indicate your general area and a location will be selected for you. After our session (usually within 48 hours of your meeting), you will receive a PDF document containing detailed notes and action items from our meeting, along with your strategic plan. These items will be sent to you via email. Note: This session does not include implementation of any strategies created at the session or provided afterwards.
