Where Black professionals connect, grow, and prepare for the rooms ahead.
Being the only one in the room is hard. We've been there too. So we're building a place where
you don't have to figure it out alone.
rooms we enter is an online community for Black professionals in corporate leadership, from
mid-level managers up. It opens Monday, October 26.
Here's what you'll find inside:
• Real talk with peers. Share what's working and what isn't with leaders who understand
your climb.
• Sessions that help you prepare. Workshops and strategy sessions on leading teams,
getting seen, and moving up.
• A seat at the table from day one. Joining is free. You belong in this room.

Every room you've ever walked into had something that made it feel safe enough to speak up, or unsafe enough to stay quiet. We want this to be the first kind of room. These rules exist to protect that, for everyone here.
